Its finally here- Episode 1 of my new Podcast Courage Queen.
I am so glad you are here and look forward to bringing you some amazing content and guests that I know we can all learn from on this crazy ride together.
In this first episode i share one of my best stories and experiences with you as I set the tone for what to expect out of this podcast moving forward. I share some insights on learning to laugh at yourself in embarrassment and how this podcast will focus on creating a new narrative about how we process hard things and find healing in laughter as we grow through what we go through!
