This week's guest is Dillon Bailey. Dillon graduated in 2011 with a major in Information Technology Management (ITM) and is now Director and Founder of his own web design firm, Honest Fox. Dillon's college journey started out traditionally enough with deep family connections to and love for Notre Dame that made it a no-brainer to say yes when he was accepted. A long-standing curiosity around computers made ITM an easy choice and a good fit. But life is what happens when we are busy making other plans and sometimes you just have to follow your gut even when the path isn't as clearly defined. Dillon himself is an honest fox and shares that his decisions often went against his natural inclinations toward perfectionism and caused him no shortage of anxiety in the process. But also that he learned from every experience and would do it all again in pursuit of fulfilling work and a happy life.
