(See) What actions do you take based on that paradigm (Stephen Covey's word that means your view of the world)? (Do) What results do you get from those actions, based upon that view of the world or situation? (Get) Listen to hear them fumble through and "speak somewhat from ignorance" as they usually do!! LOL.
