Today I “go down the rabbit hole” to talk about ALICE... going Down. The. Rabbit. Hole. I actually 'stumbled' across this blog and decided to give it an 'out loud read' (aka; story time!) in order to share it with you. The author, Gemma Cannon, imparts great grief wisdom on "wonder" and the magic of employing hacks and strategies to grief!
I hope you take something from this week - I sure did! In my opinion, as suicide loss survivors, we need all of the tips and tricks we can get to survive - and then go along to live successfully alongside our grief!
Visit Gemma Cannon's Blog HERE- this was what I read and it's where you can get the downloadable "Alice-Hack" cards that she has. I love this idea.
She also is an author and you canread more HERE about that! I will let you know what I think after I read it...but given Ms. cannon's take on Alice, I have high hopes!
She also has a FREE LIBRARY ...check OUT HOW THAT WORKS HERE
