Our goal on this podcast is to inspire vulnerability along the path to sustainability and today's episode is all about vulnerability. We want to share with you all how we are feeling and when we feel that life is out of balance, what are our practices and tips to regain the strength and mental nourishment to feel connected to ourselves again. We want to share this from our hearts to you. We are not experts or doctors in this field and what we are saying is solely based on our impressions and ideas of what works well for us. Our hope is to inspire others with our stories and not to cure mental health issues, if you feel that you need professional help, please seek it.
