It can sometimes be a challenge to balance the desire to remain healthy but also enjoy the local cuisine and splurge a little. Sarah and I love traveling, but we mostly love food so this topic is top of mind for us when we travel! We'll share our tips on how we remain mindful when eating on holiday.
