In this episode we will be discussing the first phase of the Spiral of Work: Coming from Gratitude. Gratitude is a practice that can have huge positive effect on our life. The Spiral of Work starts with gratitude because it quiets our mind and brings us back to source which stimulates our empathy and confidence. Being grateful for this life and this planet is a true expression of love for our Earth. This love for the Earth helps us to be more present in this moment, to fully enjoy the moment and to ground ourselves to be able to acknowledge the pain that we carry. We discuss how having a daily gratitude practice can increase our happiness and joy and give some ideas on how you can start your daily gratitude practice today.
