Miranda Eisermann is an Early Talent Program Manager at Trane Technologies. Miranda has her Bachelors in Business Management, Minor in Human Resources from Upper Iowa University and Masters of Education Professional Development from the University of Wisconsin, La Crosse. She has over 19 years of multi-functional experience (14 years at Trane Technologies) in the areas of project management, human resources, training and development, safety, marketing, finance and leadership. 

Miranda’s energy and drive come from uplifting our people, culture and communities, owning actions and doing what is right, always. Miranda’s husband has also works at Trane Technologies, reside in Holmen, WI and have 2 boys, Keenan is a sophomore and Konley is in 7th grade. They spend our evenings and weekends watching their kids play football, basketball and baseball.
