Leadership is an confusing concept. We have been blitzed with examples of leadership that would make anyone's head spin. And so any young manager who wants to learn about leadership needs to go to good sources for guidance. We are probably not the most noted but when you link our experience to what we want to achieve with our concept of the Tribal Knowledge Paradigm, I think we provide some good advice in this chapter.
