I mentioned triggers for a reason.

While I was having a great week this past week half way through I started getting triggered....One thing after another until the point came when I could not stop the tears.

Now I know that's ok with losing my husband and all, but that was NOT the focus necessarily. I think it was simply the reality of new things. And the crazy thing is these were awesome new things. Dealing with the land, reconnecting with a friend helping them move, and planning on spending two months in Australia.

"Good grief. What is the problem Tee?"

Where did I find a source of stability (on top of a long call to a friend who is like my mental coach)?

Someone had posted a Vinedresser Word from 2019. She shared it because it was something she had on her phone to read as her husband was going into open heart surgery.  

And it ministered to me. Like this past week has felt like open heart surgery on my emotions, regrets, and overwhelm.
