Today is episode 100!!

It is a pretty cool milestone and first and foremost I want to say thank you for listening. For your support. For sharing with your friends and family. Truly, I do not take it for granted that you take time out of your week to listen to what I am sharing. 

First I’m talking through a big change coming in 2023 based on the direction that I’m taking the podcast (all good stuff!)

And then I dive into where I see the podcast going. How my perspective has evolved over time and what is at the core of the way I approach coaching. 

Which is about autonomy and knowing your why. 

So I dive in to what autonomy means in the context of body image, eating and weight as well as how to know what your why is. And I also introduce a new framework I’ve been thinking about that helps tie this all together.
