Project Plate Plan opens up for registration tomorrow (but the link is open for podcast listeners below!) so today I’m talking about what it is, why I created it and what you can expect if you’re thinking about joining us.

Project Plate Plan is a 10 day self guided course to learn the four core skills you need to lose fat without counting calories, macros or points. If you’ve struggled to lose weight AND keep it off, this is for you.
