Hope I grabbed your attention with today's episode title. This is such an important topic and I want to connect with as many of you as possible about it.

I love Diet Coke. I drink it 4-5 days a week.

And its one of the most important parts of how I approach a healthy diet. 

Health is not just about eating nutritious food and tons of fruits and veggies. 

That is only ONE part of what it means to be healthy. 

Being healthy is just as much about eating food that you love as it is about eating food that is “good” for you. It's about moving your body in ways that have nothing to do with exercise. It's about understanding that eating in a way that you love impacts your mental health and that your mental health drives your physical health. 

So today’s episode talks about how we need to redefine what it means to be healthy and why this is essential for your relationship with food, exercise and your body.
