Talking today about the scale. This one is going to make you a little uncomfortable, but that’s a good thing.
I’m sharing my thoughts around why the scale is such a battle for so many of us and what we can actually do about it. Spoiler alert, it's usually not throwing it away.
The reality is we can’t control the number on the scale.
But what can we control? What we eat. How we eat. Why we eat. And showing up to do the work on those things-and in that process, you’ll find that the scale number just doesn’t matter as much anymore.
Your happiness comes from the choices you know how to make around food, not from a number.
