Today I’m talking with nutrition & strength coach and bodybuilder Kristin Miles.
This conversation shows a really different side of fitness and nutrition as Kristin shares her experience over the last 20 years as a competitive bodybuilder.
I learned a lot about what it takes to compete at an elite level of fitness and build an incredible level of strength and Kristin’s approach is really refreshing and inspiring. Especially in a sport where extreme behavior and tactics are the standard instead of the exception.
Kristin breaks down some major myths around weight loss and what it means to be fit and healthy-and its not just about eating vegetables and exercising. Its just as much about paying attention, having fun, trusting yourself and making your body feel safe and cared for.
I think there is so much to learn from connecting with people who come from a vastly different experience than our own and thats exactly what this episode with Kristin is all about.
