Let’s talk about progress. 

Progress is not about outcomes and end results. It can be. But it doesn’t have to be. Progress can be whatever you decide that it is. 

Progress is also not about instant gratification. Seeing the outcome of your effort in a week or a month. 

Because this work that I talk about here-takes time. A lot of time.

And that’s normal!!!! 

We need a reframe from things happening in 6 weeks to things happening in 6 months. 

And we need a reframe that progress is a living, evolving thing where multiple changes are happening at once. Maybe you’re making progress in one area and not in another. That’s how it goes-that doesn’t invalidate what you’re doing. 

This is such an important topic if you want to make long term changes-as I often say I don’t care about helping you for the next 30 days, I care about helping you for the next 30 years.
