We’re back! (Apologies in advance I forgot to shut off my window A/C unit, so theres a little intermittent background noise).
And today’s episode is all about what, how and why I ate and moved/exercised in Greece.
I share my thought process and the skills I used to choose what to eat throughout our trip. And as probably will come as no surprise, these are the same skills I use everyday at home.
There is no “magic” vacation way of eating. There is you, showing up for yourself and taking action on how you want to feel so you can enjoy every moment of the trip.
One of the big ideas I talk about is that no food is good or bad…its about the reason WHY you are eating that food in any given moment that reveals what’s really happening.
And ultimately there’s one key principle that guides how you eat in any place, any time. I talk through what that it is and how it works at home and on vacation.
I also go through how I approached exercise and movement over the course of the 2 weeks.
