In this 4-part series, we will be going deep into different types of fears, where they come from, what they look like and how can we overcome them.
In this first episode we're speaking about the Fear of the Unknown. This fear commonly shows up when we're considering trying something new or when we're faced with an alternative that is outside of our comfort zone. This fear creeps in during these moments to keep us safe and to remind us that we're "better off" staying in the zone of the "known" if we want to make it as likely as possible that we will remain "safe". Naturally in today's day and age, few of the "riskier" decisions we are making actually make us "unsafe", they simply lead us to something else, something new, something unknown.
