I'm all for positivity. I try as much as possible to always be a positive person, to have a positive impact on those around me and to put things into perspective when something negative happens...but there are certain positive thinking reflections that are not only ineffective but also quite unhelpful.
In this episode I go through the unhelpful ways we often use positive thinking, and how I suggest we go about it instead in order to find true, natural positivity and even more importantly; optimism.
