Happy New Year!  To welcome what will hopefully be a much better year, I am thrilled to share one of my favorite conversations thus far with Chris Papagni.  Chris is a lifelong student and educator.  We talk about how his career took an unexpected turn when he garnered a position at the French Culinary Institute.  Chris spent nearly two decades at the school, merging his love of food with education and student affairs.  We discuss Chris' move to Portland, Maine, and ultimately his expat life in Portugal.  Thank you so much to Chris for his candor, honesty, and a truly insightful look into his life and career.
