All the different yogas, ... yes it is for me to bring into yoga as many as possible the people, ... spirit can do what spirit wants, the ultimate goal is the unity of it, the different types I have so I can get different people in... to create change in whatever way you want to change...
- Let us talk about your book and then your podcast? When I began writing the book it was really only about sex and then after some 100 pages I got an editor and she asked me those questions, so there was a lot of questions I had to answer, the book is about self-worth, self-love, and self-awareness, I wanted to talk about anything I wanted to talk about... the podcast I started some 4 years ago and it now has 3500 monthly downloads...
