Do you need a break? Yep - Me too. 

 Taking an intentional break does wonders for your mental health, creativity, energy, and self esteem.

 If you need a break, take it, and don't feel bad about it.

 I will be taking a breaking next week and I am super excited about it. If I need a longer break, I will let you know.

 During this time, remember to embrace your problems, find solutions, and take action, for real this time.
