For there to be a winner, is there an absolute need to create a loser?
Can a winner only be considered a winner when he/she has shown himself to be better than another, or can he/she be a winner beyond being compared to another?

Today I have an absolute treat for you - my 16-year-old son, Rohn Jamison joins me on the show.  One of Rohn's strengths is creating win-win opportunities in a fluid consistent manner that is quite the treat for us to observe and learn from.
There is a specific part of the show that you will not want to miss.  Trust me, I'll share a bizarre story from his teen years that will blow your mind.

It's Olympic time and the question most of us have is  - What makes them great?  What makes them strongest?
Is it when they measure and inform themselves based on whether or not they make it onto the coveted podium, or do they actually measure and inform themselves through something radically superior than the proverbial Win-Lose ultimatum?

Though getting people to move through the mechanism of fear works, does it ultimately produce a persona that is a truly beneficial human long-term - one that is strong and vibrant, firm yet pierceable, flexible yet grounded, relaxed yet activated, achievement-driven yet exploration-focused?

Tune in and let's activate our collective creative juices as we contemplate how creating winning opportunities for all isn't just another option....
IT'S THE ONLY CHOICE.
