I am Alex Dumas
For years I've always wondered is life really worth living
Today has been the strangest day of my life I'm listening to Radiohead
I'm freaking out so much
My life doesn't suck
I'm young. In good health. I have a sparkling personality
For some reason I always tear myself down
I call myself a loser
I isolate myself from others because I'm afraid of being alone
I crave attention but shun it when I feel it becomes a burden to the person or persons that I am in communique with
Everyone wants me to be funny
I've always strive to be very well-liked
But at the same time tried to make myself a loner, a bad guy
I always pay attention to other people
Almost emulating them. But never quite like the others
Somehow I have the void
I can't explain why I get so angry at myself
I guess I hate how I'm so plain and so not trying to fit myself in the role of others
Because in a sense, I'm like everyone else
But I need to find someone else who can relate
Until that time or place
I'll never be alive
