wake up world and welcome back the king
he's returned to take back his black clouds and if you wish to catch a glimpse
step in line and wait for your turn
roll out my reddened carpet and my embroider velvet shirts
shine all my shoes
and ferment my wine
my staff and rod are encrusted with stones
HAIL TO THE KING
he'll lead us to our deaths
Oh majesty shine the light on me and show me the distant world 3000 miles from land
it's the only place where there's an understanding
as the 1st and only member of your kind
stone walls and iron gates keep out whomever you choose
there's a moat filled with sharks
blades of grass with thorns in between and creatures that lurk when its dark
there are no windows
only candles that burn and paintings that all look like me
