It's fair to say that both Jason and Greg are very jealous of Dr Peter Herbert's lifestyle and who wouldn't be. Not only has he a lifestyle to die for but Peter's research may be important in helping us understand how we might be able to slow the tide of ageing. Could exercise and more particularly regular HIIT sessions be the magic formula?
