Description

The clients I attract tend to be wicked smart, high performing women. They are used to hitting goals when they set them, and they achieve success easily. So when they decided to start a business, they assumed it would be just as easy, because they are really good at what they do. Yet they find that building a business can really knock them down.  As a result, they start to question themselves and whether they are cut out for entrepreneurship.  In reality, this is the furthest thing from the truth.

Most of us learn that "failure is a bad thing," so we develop  an aversion to it which ends up slowing down business growth. Failure, IS how we win in the game of entrepreneurship.

Today, I'm talking about what failure aversion is, how to stop it and what to do instead.
