Intention is to hire only those who demonstrate the qualities necessary for working in a professional environment, and the willingness to move forward. We will be hiring “OKG’s” which means Our Kinda Guys/Gals.
We will hire the OKG’s but I will also be willing to train them through regular Tony Talks. Tony Talks are informative meetings designed to motivate, train and keep everybody accountable.
