Shine with Shone. That is the name of the site of today's guest Megan Shone. The name fits her well, because Megan is a shining light to everyone that she meets. In this interview, we cover her path from high school to college, to where she's at today. Megan is also a SoulCycle instructor, and we go through how she got one of her dream jobs. This episode means a lot to me because we also tackle the subject of body image, and the struggles that Megan has endured. I believe that anyone who listens to this conversation will be able to take something positive from it. Megan is an open book, and inspirational for all.
