Who could use an emotional break? Right? We have all been riding the waves of this crazy time and even those who pride ourselves in the ability to process feelings fall off the wagon sometimes. We are human so this is bound to happen. We get overwhelmed, we reach our limits, and sometimes we just want to give up. Sometimes life is just hard, and it is important for us to know that it ok to avoid, distract and just flat out take a break from our feelings some times. 

I share with you my personal experience this week, of not wanting to podcast and the meltdown that followed. And how reality struck that I too, the emotional powerhouse I am, needed to engage in some healthy distraction.
