We are joined today with Cordelia Fitcheard-Allen to discuss army construction safety. She's currently serving in the U.S. Army and will be retiring. She is interested in the field of Occupational Health and Safety because it can help organizations transform how they do things in their workplace. It helps employees take control of how they work or perform their jobs and the employer has a major part in the health and safety of their employees. After serving 22 years in the military and being in a career field that involves safety on many levels, Construction has taught her to look at different areas of safety.
