James and Jon have been promising Sammy Nic that they would attend his APC Study Group for weeks, so, finally, the SurveYOUR podcast popped along to find out what it is all about, how the APC study group was set up and what tips can they give to other APC candidates.
We discussed APC challenges and questioning technique, how they meet twice a week to discuss Mandatory and Technical Competencies and test and challenge each other with assessor style Q&A on APC competency knowledge and experience.
What a great idea, what a commitment and what a group. A testament to what can be achieved with a little bit of free tech, teamwork and commitment.
