VIP GUEST - Sophie Perkins MRICS
We cannot sufficiently express our joy and gratitude to our latest VIP Guest, Sophie Perkins, for spending time with us recording this episode of the SurveYOUR podcast.
Sophie, a professional Chartered Building Surveyor, PPE shoe entrepreneur, a champion for women in surveying and new mum was a joy to have a chat with. James and Jon in their inevitable fashion chatted through career path, life history and what made Sophie want to become a surveyor. Sophie is a surveyor through and through and from itchy feet as a youngster building dens in the garden to now a key professional person on large scale projects, where secretly the awe-ness (made up word) about buildings, as a child really, hasn’t really disappeared.
James and Jon were privileged to have time to chat about life, dachshunds, small children (well James and Sophie that is) and solar stereo’s, oh yes… and SURVEYING!
