Welcome to the Real Estate Ballers Show. Today our host, Vee Le, is joined by Jon Nolen of iHBuyers. Jon shares how he was able to explode his real estate business in the past few months. Jon first learned about the amazing possibilities of investing in real estate while in high school and working on one of his parents’ rent houses. He and his wife, Amy, have been actively investing in real estate since the fall of 2012, but it was in 2017 after five years in the Marine Corps, several years contracting overseas, and over a decade in IT that Jon decided to leave his corporate IT career to be able to better balance work and family life and his investing career took off. Since then, Jon has completed over 300 transactions and is closing in on owning 100 rentals. He takes pride that his company, Integrity Home Buyers. They are not only helping sellers in distressed situations, but they are able to provide quality housing options to homeowners and tenants alike.
Jon credits much of his success to relationships he has built with other successful investors and is an active member of the Investor Fuel mastermind. Whenever possible, he and his family enjoy escaping to their cabin in the Colorado mountains near Pagosa Springs; Jon’s self-described “happy place.”
Vee, the founder of REBallers, is a franchise owner and a Developmental Agent of HomeVestors “We Buy Ugly Houses”. Today, Vee is actively buying and selling properties in Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and Corpus Christi, TX while growing her rental portfolio of long-term and short-term rentals.
