Welcome to the Real Estate Ballers Show. In this episode, Vee is joined by Jennifer Frankenstein-Harris. Jennifer currently serves on the Vacation Rental Management Association (“VRMA”) Board of directors.
From middle school band director to vacation rental manager, Jennifer Frankenstein-Harris began Great Ocean Condos in the spring of 2008. After 14 years of ownership, Great Ocean Condos grew to managing over 300 properties in the New Smyrna Beach and Greater Daytona Area and became the largest vacation rental management company in New Smyrna Beach. In November of 2020 Jennifer sold her company to Village Realty Holdings and now works as a consultant for this amazing organization.
Vee, the founder of REBallers, is a franchise owner and a Developmental Agent of HomeVestors “We Buy Ugly Houses”. Today, Vee is actively buying and selling properties in Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and Corpus Christi, TX while growing her rental portfolio of long-term and short-term rentals.
