We're back with our first episode of 2022! Except here's the thing... January is famously a slow month for video game releases. We also haven't been playing that many games lately, but we have been watching a lot of movies! (They're kinda like video games except you can't decide when people jump). So we've decided to make January a month of talking about cinema!!! Because it's our podcast and we can talk about whatever we want,. "FILMuary" we're calling it. And we're kicking it off by going back to our roots and tapping into our inner musical theatre kids and discussing MUSICAL films of 2021. We've got a lot of opinions & observations!!

In the Heights, tick, tick... BOOM, Encanto, Annette, Dear Evan Hansen (lol), Bo Burnham's Inside, and we end with a hearty discussion on our literal favorite movie of the year, West Side Story.
