Armand currently serves as Executive and Artist director of the ROCmusic Collaborative in Rochester, NY and is Chair and Executive Committee Chair of El Sistema USA. We spoke about his path, going from physics to music, his time teaching at the University of Memphis, ROCmusic, El Sistema, the importance of getting out of the music hall and so much more!
