This week, as we start our 12th Season of podcasting, we will feature a special two part look at the longest serving Senate Republican Leader in history, Senator Mitch McConnell of Kentucky.
He can rightfully be given credit for the conservative control of the United States Supreme Court we now see and our series will look back at his heroic efforts dating back to the shameful actions of the Democrats in the Senate who worked to destroy Supreme Court Nominee Robert Bork. How that awful moment led to his determination to take back the weapon that had become the Justice system for the other party.
We will also look at the other aspects of his career including his long commitment to civil rights, Join us this week for this series on the Republican Senate Leader.
