Who We Are:
We are a team of hard working individuals dedicated to the insurance industry. Our organization represents over 550 independent insurance agencies and their employees. First organized in 1907 as the "Nebraska Association of Local Insurance Agents," we are the voice of agencies of every size - from small, family-owned agencies to agencies with offices across the state. Members of IIAN span from Nebraska's sandhills in the pandhanle, to our fertile farmlands, and into our growing cities.
What We Do:
Our goal is to provide resources and services that allow Nebraska independent insurance agents the opportunity to grow and reach their potential. We do this through our legislative advocacy, educational programs, marketing resources, notifying them of current events, offering competitive products and resources, partnering with industry vendors, fostering a community with fellow independent agents, and much more.
