Listen

Description

Mollie Birney, MA, and Pasha Marlowe, MFT, talk about their journey blending therapy,  coaching, and motherhood and how they bring pleasure practices into all aspects of their lives.
Between talking about babies and pancakes, this pleasurable episode made me lactate and drool. Mollie shares vulnerably, clearly, and courageously about how she met her husband in recovery, struggled with an eating disorder, and got sucked into the thought that her worth was wrapped up in her ability to produce and serve. She beautifully describes how she now brings presence  and more grace into her parenting, marriage, and self care practices.
My favorite quote "Kettle corn is not a moral issue"
