Gary Brugman is a military veteran and a former Border Patrol Agent that was convicted of violating the Civil Rights of and illegal alien during an apprehension. Gary was later granted a full pardon by President Donald J. Trump. Gary has an amazing story that is still being written, its safe to say Gary has seen some sh*t.
