For us today, we look at timing as another tool to create balance of activity at the correct time and rest at the most optimal time. Ayurveda does see there are variables and transitions, even if you feel a transition of whatever the weather (fyi that can cause a vata increase) transitions are movement in space.
This means time and this means vata is accumulating or aggravated.
2:12.0 Timing and dosha dharma
2:28.5 Jyotish
3:32. Dosha info
5:23 Babies and cycles
17:25 Identify times
You have plenty of episodes to refer back to for remedies, especially series one on vata and series two... digesting our life with vata.
If you are finding these helpful, please do let me know. It helps me understand if I am helping or missing the mark. x
