Description

Fridays relaxations are what I consider pure medicine, especially if you can tend to it every week. This is a unique life altering weekly practice for our vast expansive mind, our personality, our heart, our relationships...our Soul.  I do mean relaxation every week, not this specific practice, but a 20 minute to 60 minute practice, making specific time to stop for your whole being, in wakeful awareness. And yes! you will fall asleep some times. But that is a part of the body and mind learning what to do in this practice. Try it for 6 weeks in a row, once a week, finding a practice to lay down, listen, remain awake, still and silent. Bliss. x
