Today’s woman is athletic, classy and beautiful. But for many years, this combination was just a mask for the chaos that was happening on the inside. She was hacked by alcohol and substance abuse. Some close to her knew this but instead of confronting and helping her, they became her enablers. Then she had a child and the world seemed right and her drinking stopped…but for only 2 years. But the tipping point of real change came when her husband realized she was destroying herself and demanded she get help. This shook her awake and a new path was charted. She got help and more importantly learned to close the gap between dreaming of how she wanted her life to be with doing what she needed to do to make her dreams come true.
