Today’s woman grew up in the southwest part of England. She never had much money growing up but she found a way to be the first one to graduate from college in her family. She moved across the ocean to New York City to start an 18-year technology career in investment banking. The city not only held the keys to her career but also the keys to her heart – she fell in love. But the man that became her husband was not a good man and she became the victim of domestic violence. Many would crumble under such abuse but this woman found her way out. And then she did something to change the world of others in a most innovative way - she created an interactive video game to teach others how to recognize the signs of domestic abuse. She had finally found her path to greatness. It is my pleasure to introduce Aelsa Gilliam.
