Today’s woman knew as a little girl she was meant to lead. As early as age 7, she was the one taking charge in the family. But her father ruled the house so she was often criticized for stepping forward. No one seemed to understand she was designed to lead. And even though her father told her she had no business going to college, she got a scholarship in nursing. As her life unfolded, she found herself excelling in various executive roles. But at age 38, she decided to start her own business helping others in healthcare become strong leaders. Today she coaches medical c-suite executives helping them be the leader they are meant to be.
