Welcome back to Outrageous Wellness after a few weeks break. On this episode, we discuss the importance of balance in our lives. In the context of the wellness wheel, various aspects of our lives (physical, social, environmental, spiritual etc.) should be brought into balance. Imagery and meditation is useful for checking in with mental balance during the day; and balancing chakras, the energy points in our bodies, is important for well being. With the beginning of Taurus season, self care is wonderful for bringing balance because we can give more of ourselves to others and the world around us when we are also caring for our personal wellness.
