In this session you will learn the value of O'Net, a free planning resource that provides tons of information about careers. The importance of O'Net is that it covers all skill levels, educational levels, employment outloooks, and salary ranges. The site even identifies accommodations resources for individauls with disabilities. The second free resource is the STAR Person Centered Planning process designed especially for schools and specialized programs to use to guide parents and teens with career planning and decision-making.
