Kelly talks about how online programs have been affected by Covid, and how the University of Phoenix supports students with disabilities by encouraging proactive outreach by faculty, various online accommodations and assistive technology, and by offering a special Learning Management System called Blackboard Ally which allows students to download their course document into a variety of format options.
