May seem like a fairly obvious answer but apparently it's not for most people.

This is definitely an area of training which is neglected when it comes to the basics of sports performance and power development.

I would like to apply the principle of if it is important then do it every single day. Don't make the important things an afterthought and definitely don't make them negotiable. If you want to maximize your results, GET IT DONE!

We also talk about some really weird stuff we previously visited in an earlier episode so standby for an update on that.

We then round off with a pretty significant discussion on a very important subject which is becoming ever more prominent and it's difficult to know what the fair solution is.
